The Cronin Group, LLC ("we") runs thecroningroup.tech. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, company, work email, the service you're interested in, and your message. The form is delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
Client review form. We send this form only to clients. It collects your rating, review, name, title, company, email, an optional photo and company logo, and whether we may publish your review. It is delivered by Formspree (formspree.io). We only publish your review, name, or images if you tell us we can.
Salesforce Spend Estimator. The numbers you enter stay in your browser. Nothing you type into the estimator is sent to us.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising to understand how people find and use the site, and whether our ads lead to inquiries. These services use cookies or similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. They do not receive what you type into our forms.
Hosting. Our site is hosted on GitLab Pages, which may log standard request information, such as your IP address and browser, for security and operations.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services.
- To publish client reviews, only with permission.
- To improve the site and measure whether our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers named above (FormSubmit, Formspree, Google, Microsoft, and GitLab), which process it on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us stay in our email for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- Email us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Microsoft settings.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and our sources in blog posts. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
